There is no better place to be cared for than at home with the same services in place that would be received in a skilled nursing facility.
We can help arrange the level of care needed, whether it is to help in recovery from a TBI or to avoid a long term stay in a nursing home due to dementia.

We can help arrange the level of care needed, whether it is to help in recovery from a TBI or to avoid a long term stay in a nursing home due to dementia.
There are many reasons you may prefer not to be in a hospital or
nursing home setting. Caring helps you apply your medicaid towards home care, so you can receive the same high-level nursing home level care in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
- Coordinating Waiver/non-standard Medicaid services
- Arranging for Home/Community Supports and Services (HCSS)
- Environmental Modifications (ex. wheelchair-accessible bathrooms)
- Home Health Care Aides
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
We can also help arrange for rehab services, such as: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, medical transportation and more.
At Caring we’ve developed a process that allows people with TBI to regain control over how their medicaid is applied – and to decide for themselves if they’d prefer to receive their essential medical care at home, rather than in a hospital or rehab center. Through our TBI Home Care Program, we help with:
- Coordinating Waiver/non-standard Medicaid services
- Arranging for Home/Community Supports and Services (HCSS)
- Environmental & Vehicle Modifications (e.g., wheelchair-accessible bathrooms)
- Skilled Nursing and/or Home Health Aides
- Home Therapy (PT, OT, Speech)
